The Coolinary’s mission

 

The Coolinary's mission is to combine the values and traditions of American gastronomy with ever changing fresh ingredients and culinary techniques.

 

We are dedicated to using the latest cooking techniques to provide a unique culinary experience for people of all ages.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, as well as the American farmer's commitment to quality and the fruits of their labors, we believe that the fusion of European roots and American cuisine will create an exciting and new gastronomic adventure. This all combines to fashion a sophisticated and relaxed environment for our customer’s enjoyment.

 

Our menu consists of the freshest and tastiest vegetables, fruits, and homemade products. Including jams, chutneys, honey, dairy products, cheeses, fish and seafood, and free-range meats. It is a huge part of our core values to exclusively use GMO-free, hormone-free and no artificial ingredients in any of our products.

William Goldenberg, our Head Chef, was born in New York and has traveled and experienced Europe's most exciting cultures and food.  His travels have given him a true awareness of European cuisine philosophy and techniques.  Discovering Europe and America's similar gastronomic roots and common ingredients resulted in William's "joy of cooking".
